Who Was on Jimmy Kimmel Last Night?

New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani also joined Kimmel during the episode. His appearance added a current New York City angle to the broadcast and reflected the show’s temporary move from its regular California production base to Brooklyn. ABC’s official schedule lists both Davidson and Mamdani as guests for the Monday episode.

The musical guest was TV on the Radio, the New York-based band known for its alternative rock sound. Their appearance gave the Brooklyn broadcast another strong connection to the city.

Pete Davidson on Jimmy Kimmel Live

Pete Davidson’s appearance was part of a busy period for the comedian and actor. ABC listed The Pete Davidson Show and How To Rob A Bank alongside his name in the official guest schedule.

Davidson has regularly appeared on major television programmes throughout his career, often bringing a casual and comedic style to interviews. On a late-night programme such as Jimmy Kimmel Live!, that format allows the conversation to move between current projects, comedy and personal stories.

His appearance also helped set the tone for the opening night of Kimmel’s Brooklyn residency, which brings several major entertainment names to New York during the week.

Zohran Mamdani Joins Jimmy Kimmel

Zohran Mamdani’s appearance was another major part of the episode. The New York City mayor spoke with Kimmel during the Brooklyn broadcast, giving viewers an opportunity to hear him in a late-night entertainment setting.

Reports from the episode said Mamdani discussed his relationship with President Donald Trump and New York City projects during the conversation. The discussion included the Sunnyside Yards redevelopment proposal and Mamdani’s communication with Trump about the project.

Because Mamdani is a sitting mayor, his appearance also brought a current-events element to an episode that otherwise focused heavily on entertainment and comedy.

TV on the Radio Performs

TV on the Radio served as the musical guest for Monday night’s programme. The band’s appearance was particularly fitting for a Brooklyn broadcast because of its connection to the New York music scene.
